Job summary

Brunswick Lebanon, MO is seeking an Assembler to join the Lowe Boats team. You will assemble aluminum boats and sub-assemblies, at bench, in a boat, or on the shop floor, following blueprints and quality procedures.

The role requires standing for a 10-hour shift; prior boat assembly experience is preferred. A High School diploma or GED is preferred, with a strong safety mindset and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Self-starter, team player with good safety awareness.

• Requires standing, bending and twisting for a 10-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Position parts according to blueprints or unit being assembled.
• Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, rivets, or other fasteners; use jigs and glue.
• Remove small quantities of metal with hand files and shears for close fit.
• Operate drill presses, punch presses, air tools or riveting machines to assist assembly.
• Install seats, bases, pedestals, consoles, cables, controls, graphics, etc.
• Follow quality systems procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
