Job Title:

Production Operator

Role & Responsibilities

1. Adhere to all safety and housekeeping requirements within a manufacturing setting.
2. Operate production equipment, troubleshoot, and make adjustments to meet product and quality specifications.
3. Record production data and results as required.
4. Apply basic maintenance skills to service equipment.
5. Participate in plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives as directed by supervision.
6. Be adaptable to scheduling requirements, including shift work, overtime, and weekends.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment and follow safety rules.
2. Willingness to learn equipment operation and troubleshooting.
3. Ability to interpret verbal and written instructions.
4. Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
5. Ability to take measurements to verify specifications.
6. Basic maintenance skills and familiarity with hand tools.
7. Effective teamwork and communication skills.
8. Maintain regular attendance.
