Base pay range

$21.80/hr - $29.55/hr

Job Title:

Production Operator (2nd Shift)

Role & Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety/housekeeping requirements within a manufacturing setting.
• Operate production equipment, troubleshoot, and make adjustments to meet product and quality specifications.
• Record production data and results as required.
• Apply basic maintenance skills to service equipment.
• Participate actively in plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives as directed by supervision.
• Adapt to scheduling requirements including shift work, overtime, and weekends where applicable.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Work safely in a manufacturing environment and follow safety and housekeeping rules.
• Learn to operate and troubleshoot plant equipment.
• Interpret verbal and written instructions.
• Use basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
• Take measurements to verify product specifications.
• Possess basic maintenance skills, familiar with common hand tools.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
• Maintain regular attendance.

• Shift: 2nd Shift – 2:45pm-11:00pm
