Job summary

USG in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Production Operator to operate production equipment, monitor product quality, and record data accurately. You will apply basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues to keep lines running safely and efficiently.

The role requires following plant safety rules, interpreting work instructions, and collaborating with the Board department while supporting shift schedules including overtime and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Able to work safely in a manufacturing setting and follow plant rules.
• Learn to operate and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Interpret written and verbal work instructions.
• Use basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
• Take measurements to verify product specifications.
• Familiar with common hand tools and their proper use.
• Demonstrate effective teamwork and reliable attendance.
