Job summary

Audacy Detroit seeks Part Time Studio Board Operators for WYCD-FM, WOMC-FM and WDZH-FM. You will run the control board, arrange and play commercials and IDs according to logs, and ensure compliance with FCC rules in a fast paced environment.

Required: High School Diploma, prior studio/radio board operating experience, knowledge of Wide Orbit, and basic digital editing skills. A valid driver’s license is also required. On-site work with opportunities to grow as you manage live broadcasts.

Required & Preferred:

• High School Diploma

• Knowledge of Wide Orbit

• Prior studio/radio board operating experience

• Digital editing skills for Adobe, Vox Pro etc

• Proficient in audio mixing

• Have a solid understanding of radio broadcasting fundamentals, and demonstrate the capability to manage live broadcasts.

• High School Diploma

• A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.

Preferred:

• College or Broadcast School or practical experience is a plus

• Axia Board operation is a plus
