Job summary

Neros is seeking a Board-Focused Hardware Test & Design Engineer to own hardware architecture for manufacturing test solutions from prototype through high-volume production. You will develop scalable test systems that improve quality, accelerate root-cause analysis, and enable rapid production ramping for drones and electromechanical systems.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in electrical or test engineering, experience with ICT, bed-of-nails, boundary scan (JTAG), and Python-based test

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electrical/test engineering with board- and system-level test ownership.
• Experience with ICT, bed-of-nails, flying probe, boundary scan (JTAG).
• Strong circuit design, signal integrity, and fault analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop board-level manufacturing test hardware and fixtures.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to improve testability.
• Define board-level test strategies across ICT, functional test, programming, calibration, and metrology.
• Own hardware design for manufacturing test equipment and measurement systems.
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers to deploy and sustain test solutions.
