Job summary
Rarebreed Veterinary Partners' Maine Veterinary Medical Center is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Oncologist to join our team. You will provide high-quality oncology care to a broad client base, collaborate with specialists, and utilize MVMC's advanced diagnostic and treatment facilities.

Qualifications
- Must hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Veterinary Oncologist.
- Must obtain a State of Maine Veterinary License.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality Oncology care to a wide client base.
- Educate clients regarding oncologic care, treatment options and end-of-life care.
- Oversight and direction of oncology medical standards and quality of care.
- Establishment of oncologic medical protocols in conjunction with DVM staff.
- Participates in ongoing education, seminars, and training as appropriate.
- Works with veterinary team and referring community to provide excellent patient care.
