Global Talent Partners is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon (Board Certified / Diplomate) in Sacramento, CA, offering compensation up to $300,000 per year. The role operates in a 24/7 referral and emergency setting with advanced imaging and a seasoned clinical team.

You will manage soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries, collaborate with emergency and specialty colleagues, mentor staff, and participate in rounds and quality-improvement initiatives within a learning-focused hospital.

Qualifications

• Must hold DVM or VMD and be eligible for California veterinary license.
• Board certification by ACVS or completion of an ACVS-approved residency.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse surgical caseload with soft tissue and orthopedic procedures.
• Collaborate with emergency and specialty colleagues to guide diagnostics and perioperative plans.
• Provide consultations and communicate effectively with clients and referring veterinarians.
• Participate in rounds, case reviews, and quality-improvement initiatives.
• Mentor technicians, interns, and visiting trainees in a teaching-friendly environment.
