Job summary

Coastal Medical Staffing (CMS) seeks a Board-Certified Radiologist to provide on-site diagnostic and interventional radiology services at the VA Medical Center in Columbia, South Carolina. VA Medical Center - Columbia, South Carolina Immediate Opening

Coastal Medical Staffing (CMS) is seeking a highly qualified Board-Certified Radiologist to provide on-site physician services at the VA Medical Center in Columbia, South Carolina. This position is available immediately and offers the opportunity to provide exceptional diagnostic and interventional radiology services to our nation's veterans.

Position Summary

The Radiologist will provide comprehensive radiology physician services on-site in accordance with the specifications and standards established by the Department of Veterans Affairs. The selected candidate will perform diagnostic interpretations and consultations across multiple radiology subspecialties while collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure the highest quality patient care.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Board Certified in Radiology.
  • Possess a current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in any state, territory, commonwealth of the United States, or the District of Columbia.
  • Maintain current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Be eligible to work in the United States and meet all applicable federal employment requirements.
Required Clinical Expertise

The Radiologist must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

  • Abdominal/Genitourinary (GU) Imaging
  • Breast Imaging
  • Cardiovascular Imaging
  • General Interventional Radiology
  • Musculoskeletal Imaging
  • Neuroradiology
  • General Diagnostic Radiology
