Job description

The Plastic Surgery Center and The Institute for Advanced Reconstruction is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon to join a high-growth New Jersey practice. This role offers broad reconstructive exposure with the flexibility to incorporate cosmetic procedures within a multidisciplinary practice model.

Qualifications

Board eligible or board certified in plastic and reconstructive surgery

Passionate about high-quality, patient-centered care

Interested in building or growing a thriving practice in a collaborative, well-supported setting

Comfortable working across a broad scope of reconstructive surgery; cosmetic/aesthetic experience or interest is a plus

A motivated self-starter who thrives in a hybrid private-academic environment

Compensation and Benefits

Starting base salary at $400K+ depending on experience, qualifications, and location, plus collections incentives
