Job summary

Community Health Alliance in Reno, NV is seeking a Board-Certified Pediatrician to join a Patient-Centered Medical Home Care Team, providing outpatient pediatric care and preventive services in a collaborative environment.

You will work with nurses, medical assistants, behavioral health professionals, social workers, and other team members to deliver comprehensive care, with emphasis on family‑centered, accessible services and community impact.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Pediatrics and eligible for hospital privileges.
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to diagnose and treat a broad range of pediatric conditions.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pediatric assessments and examinations.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses within pediatric scope.
• Provide preventive care, immunizations, and health assessments.
• Develop and evaluate individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain EMR documentation and coding (CPT/ICD-10-CM).
