Job summary

The Veterans Health Administration's Minneapolis VA Health Care System is seeking an Interventional Radiologist to provide board-certified radiology services, including consultations, diagnostic imaging, therapeutic procedures, patient management and follow-up care.

The IR Physician will interpret and submit radiology reports for both outpatient and inpatient settings at the Minneapolis VAHCS, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to VA policies.

Qualifications

• US citizenship requirement per VA policy.
• MD or DO degree in allopathic or osteopathic medicine.
• Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the United States.
• Residency training leading to board eligibility in radiology.
• Fellowship in Interventional Radiology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide interventional radiology consultations, imaging, procedures, patient management and follow-up.
• Interpret radiology studies and submit reports for VA Minneapolis in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Ensure high-quality care and compliance with VA standards in all IR services.
