Job summary

Advanced Physicians PC in New York invites a dedicated Gynecologist to join our growing women's health team. You will provide comprehensive gynecologic care, preventive services, and office-based procedures with a patient-centered, evidence-based approach.

The role includes surgical management when indicated, collaboration with nurse practitioners and staff, and commitment to quality care, accurate documentation in EMR, and participation in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Active New York State medical license or ability to obtain one.
• DEA registration.
• Strong clinical, surgical, and communication skills.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive gynecologic care to patients of all ages.
• Perform annual well-woman examinations and preventive screenings.
• Diagnose and treat gynecologic disorders and conditions.
• Conduct office-based procedures, including colposcopy, endometrial biopsy, IUD insertion/removal, and other minor procedures.
• Perform gynecologic surgeries as appropriate.
• Review laboratory, pathology, and imaging results and communicate findings to patients.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and other providers to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Provide patient education regarding treatment options, preventive care, and overall women's health.
