Dane Street is expanding our physician panel! This telework opportunity offers supplemental income for physicians providing a caseload customized to your schedule. Our physician panel consists of independent contract reviewers (1099) compensated on a per-case basis.

Candidates must hold a California State Medical license and be Board Certified in Dermatology.

Job Summary

As a Physician Reviewer/Advisor for Disability Peer Reviews, you will utilize clinical expertise to review and assess disability claims. The Physician Reviewer will evaluate medical evidence and provide opinions on functional limitations related to the claimant's dermatological condition.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

1. Evaluate medical records and analyze the claimant's dermatological condition.
2. Provide opinions on the claimant's functional limitations related to their dermatological condition.
3. Ensure evaluations are thorough, clear, and supported by medical evidence.
4. Adhere to client-specific guidelines and policies.
5. Return completed reviews in a timely manner.
6. Maintain proper licensure and credentials.
7. Participate in training and orientation sessions as required.
8. Board certification and active practice are required.
