Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality care to children and support our team of RBTs. We are offering a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus to attract passionate professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans with fidelity.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize client outcomes.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation adhering to ethical and billing standards.
• Deliver caregiver training to promote skill generalization and family involvement.
