Job Description

Norco, Inc. is currently offering a signing bonus of $3,000 for this position. Details of the signing bonus can be discussed during the interview. (Applies to full-time direct hires only)

We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist/Clinician responsible for evaluating, ordering, and setting up all Category II and III equipment, including rehabilitation services. The role acts as a liaison between Norco and all referral sources, troubleshooting questions and problems with patients/clients. Responsibilities also include managing Norco's Quality Improvement (QI) program and supporting sales efforts. Specific duties include:

  1. Collaborating with patients, physicians, therapists, insurance companies, and referral sources to optimize equipment needs.
  2. Performing evaluations in homes, clinics, nursing facilities, and hospitals.
  3. Providing sales support and product demonstrations to the healthcare community.
  4. Monitoring the Quality Improvement Program.
  5. Troubleshooting equipment related to oxygen and respiratory services during business hours and as needed after hours, weekends, and holidays.
  6. Marketing Norco services to referral sources.
  7. Performing other tasks as assigned or necessary.
Qualifications
  • CRTT, RRT, RN, LPN, or eligible for any of these certifications.
  • State license, as required.
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of people in a caring, personable manner.
  • Excellent public relations and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift 25-40 lbs occasionally.
