Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) in Lakewood, WA, is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year. This on-site, full-time position partners with school districts to deliver school-based ABA services to students.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Train and supervise RBTs and school staff on data collection procedures and positive behavior strategies.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavior-related recommendations and progress updates.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support for students exhibiting severe or unsafe behaviors.
  • Design and deliver professional development sessions on applied behavior analysis best practices.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in ABA and school-based behavior support.

What You'll Be Doing*:

What We're Looking For
