Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) in Lakewood, WA, is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year. This on-site, full-time position partners with school districts to deliver school-based ABA services to students.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
Valid BCBA certification.
Active state BCBA licensure in the service state.
Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs in educational settings.

Commitment to positive, student-centered behavior support approaches.

Responsibilities

Perform FBAs to identify the function of challenging behaviors and inform interventions.
Develop and implement BIPs aligned with students' IEP goals.
Provide direct, evidence-based behavior analytic services to students in classroom and pull-out settings.
Collect, monitor, and analyze behavioral data to evaluate progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent implementation of behavior supports.
Train and supervise RBTs and school staff on data collection procedures and positive behavior strategies.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavior-related recommendations and progress updates.
Offer crisis intervention and support for students exhibiting severe or unsafe behaviors.
Design and deliver professional development sessions on applied behavior analysis best practices.
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in ABA and school-based behavior support.

What You'll Be Doing*:

What We're Looking For
