New Dawn ABA in Missouri is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for flexible full-time or part-time opportunities. The role offers a competitive salary of $85,000–$110,000 and flexible scheduling to fit your availability.

You will conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS), design and supervise ABA treatment plans, train RBTs, collaborate with families, monitor progress, and ensure ethical and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience developing ABA treatment plans and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS).
• Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care.
• Monitor client progress and update goals based on data.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards.
