Able Minds ABA is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Delaware. As a BCBA at Able Minds ABA, you will deliver top-tier ABA therapy to children with autism and their families, with flexible scheduling and strong team support.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans, while NO CASELOADS are required as another BCBA oversees the caseload; supervision is provided in-person.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the BACB.
• At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA or closely related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism.
• Provide supervision for clients over caseloads with another BCBA overseeing the caseload.

• 1 year of experience as a BCBA or closely related role
