Job Summary:
Able Minds ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in DE. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, providing ABA therapy services to children with autism. Conduct initial behavioral assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients
Provide ABA therapy services to children with autism, utilizing evidence-based methods and strategies
Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA, applying this knowledge to improve client outcomes
Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligible for certification
1+ year of experience in ABA therapy or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Competitive Hourly Rate: $105-$120 per hour
