Job summary

Succeed ABA Indiana is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to supervise therapists, design ABA curricula, and drive data-based program changes. You will produce progress reports and collaborate closely with families to support child outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field (ABA, psychology, special education).
• Active BCBA certification from BACB required.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases.
• Design ABA curriculum plans, review and update regularly.
• Design behavior intervention plans and analyze data for program changes.
• Review reports and session notes to monitor client progress.
• Write progress reports summarizing data for each supervisee.
• Maintain regular communication with parents and coordinate with the Program Manager.
• Suggest individualized goals and integrate them into families' daily routines.
• Provide parent and staff training as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases
• Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis
• Design behavior intervention plans
• Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised
• Regular communication with parents
• Coordinate with Program Manager to maintain quality of cases
• Offer suggestions of incorporating individualized goals into family’s daily routine
• Provide parent and staff training

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree
• Active BCBA Certification from the BACB
• Experience working with children on the Autism spectrum
• Valid Driver’s License
