Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support children on the autism spectrum across in-home, school, and community settings. The role includes supervising therapists, designing ABA curricula, and reviewing intervention plans to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Candidates should hold a Master’s degree and a BCBA certification, plus experience with autism and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and BCBA certification are required.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum is expected.
• A valid driver’s license is required for travel between settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists on cases.
• Design ABA curriculum plans and update regularly.
• Create and review behavior intervention plans.
• Review reports and session notes regularly.
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven changes.
• Write client progress reports.
• Maintain regular communication with parents.
• Coordinate with Program Manager to uphold case quality.
• Suggest incorporating individualized goals into daily routines.
• Provide parent and staff training.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases
• Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis
• Design behavior intervention plans
• Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised
• Regular communication with parents
• Coordinate with Program Manager to maintain quality of cases
• Offer suggestions of incorporating individualized goals into family’s daily routine
• Provide parent and staff training

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree
• Active BCBA Certification from the BACB
• Experience working with children on the Autism spectrum
• Valid Driver’s License
