Job summary

Brighter Steps ABA in New Jersey is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and supervise RBTs, ensuring high-quality client outcomes and ongoing program assessment.

This full-time position offers flexible schedules, competitive pay with performance bonuses, health benefits, 401K with employer match, and generous PTO. A master’s in ABA and current BCBA certification with supervision experience is required to support families

• Pay Range: $90 - $100/hour
• Full-Time: 36 hours/week or Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
