Brighter Steps ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and mentor our ABA programs in New Jersey. You will develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to drive client progress.

The role requires a current BCBA credential, a Master's in ABA or related field, and a track record of delivering evidence-based practices with ethical oversight. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth are available.
