Brighter Steps ABA is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our ABA programs in New Jersey. You will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and supervise RBTs to ensure high-quality client outcomes.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.


• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $80 - $100/hour


• Full-Time: 36 hours/week or Part-Time Available


• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
