Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy seeks a BCBA to supervise therapists, design and update ABA curricula, and review progress data for clients across ages from infancy to 21. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, writing progress reports, and regular parent communication.

Candidates should hold a BCBA certification, a Master’s degree, and have experience with autism. A valid driver's license is required, with flexible full- or part-time schedules available.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Active BCBA certification (BACB).
  • Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases.
  • Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis.
  • Design behavior intervention plans.
  • Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis.
  • Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes.
  • Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised.
  • Regular communication with parents.
  • Coordinate with Program Manager to maintain quality of cases.
  • Offer suggestions of incorporating individualized goals into family’s daily routine.
  • Provide parent and staff training.
