Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs for children with autism in a collaborative clinical environment in Temecula, CA. The role offers a strong compensation package, professional development opportunities, and an unlimited PTO policy.

You will conduct FBAs, design and supervise ABA programs, mentor RBTs, and work with families to generalize skills across settings. A BCBA in good standing and 1 year of experience are required.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience developing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
  • Experience administering assessments such as VB‑MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS‑R, Brigance, and conducting FBAs.
  • Strong understanding of ABA methodologies, including Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), and Verbal Behavior (VB).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
  • Design, implement, and oversee evidence‑based ABA programs for children with autism.
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff, including ongoing training and performance feedback.
  • Analyze data regularly to evaluate client progress and make data‑driven treatment adjustments.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings.
  • Provide parent training and support to enhance treatment outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development activities.
