Jobot is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a full-time role in San Diego, CA. You will design and implement ABA programs for individuals with ASD, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with medical professionals to ensure high-quality care.

The position offers a guaranteed first-year bonus plus a $10K sign-on, a capped caseload, flexible scheduling, and extensive benefits. You will stay local with 10–12 clients and no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA therapy experience.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other behavioral needs.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse groups.
• Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA programs for individuals with ASD and other needs.
• Provide training and supervision to RBTs and staff.
• Monitor treatment plans and adjust based on data.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Deliver direct therapy services as needed.
• Conduct parent training and ongoing family support.

Job Details

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! This is a full-time, permanent position where you will play a critical role in designing and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other behavioral needs. You will work closely with other medical and healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality, individualized care. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized behavior intervention plans.
2. Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other direct care staff.
3. Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary, using data-driven decision-making processes.
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
5. Provide direct therapy services to clients as needed.
6. Conduct parent training and provide ongoing support to families.
7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress.
8. Adhere to professional and ethical guidelines as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
9. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
2. Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing ABA therapy and behavior analysis services.
4. Experience in working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other behavioral needs.
5. Strong understanding of the principles and procedures of ABA.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups including children, families, and medical professionals.
7. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
8. Knowledge of current research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.
9. Ability to handle a high level of responsibility and maintain strict confidentiality.
10. Current CPR and First Aid certification.
11. Ability to pass a background check.
12. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a PLUS!!
