Job Details
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs
  • Design, implement, and oversee evidence-based ABA programs for children with autism
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff, including ongoing training and performance feedback
  • Analyze data regularly to evaluate client progress and make data-driven treatment adjustments
  • Collaborate with caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings
  • Provide parent training and support to enhance treatment outcomes
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development activities
Qualifications
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience developing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism
  • Experience administering assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, Brigance, and conducting FBAs
  • Strong understanding of ABA methodologies, including Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), and Verbal Behavior (VB)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
