Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time role in Salt Lake County, UT. Provide high-quality ABA services, assessments, and treatment planning within our boutique, clinic-based model.

You will lead clinical activities, supervise RBTs/BTs, train caregivers, and contribute to policy development while maintaining a flexible in-home support option when needed.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and UT LBA licensure eligibility are required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Safety Care Specialist certification is preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and standardize clinical policies across Utah.
• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and generate progress reports.
• Design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans and interventions.
• Maintain a caseload and deliver high-quality clinical care.
• Provide supervision and ongoing support to RBTs and BTs.
• Deliver parent training and caregiver guidance using evidence-based practices.
• Perform functional behavior assessments and data-driven program evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with Utah state regulations and ethical standards.
• Conduct treatment plan reviews, documentation audits, and clinical quality checks.
• Support clinic operations including scheduling and staffing coordination.

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities

As a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) at Aviation ABA inSalt Lake County, you will:

• Maintain a caseload and deliver hands-on, high-quality clinical care.

• Provide direct supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and BTs.

• Deliver parent training and caregiver guidance using evidence-based practices.

• Perform functional behavior assessments and data-driven program evaluations.

• Ensure compliance with Utah state regulations, ethical standards, and quality benchmarks.

• Conduct regular treatment plan reviews, documentation audits, and clinical quality checks.

• Support clinic operations such as scheduling, staffing coordination, and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Certification: Current Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) and UT LBA (or eligibility for licensure).

• Education: Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.

• Preferred: Safety Care Specialist certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Experience: Prior leadership or supervisory experience in ABA strongly preferred.

• Flexibility: Willingness to provide occasional in-home support.

• Transportation: Reliable vehicle for local travel around the Salt Lake County area.
