Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and standardize clinical policies and procedures across Utah.
• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and generate progress reports.
• Design and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain a caseload and deliver hands-on clinical care.
• Provide direct supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and BTs.
• Deliver parent training and caregiver guidance using evidence-based practices.
• Perform functional behavior assessments and data-driven program evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with Utah state regulations and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct regular treatment plan reviews, documentation audits, and clinical quality checks.
• Support clinic operations such as scheduling and staffing coordination.
