Aviation ABA Therapy in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our Salt Lake City team. This part-time role offers an hourly rate of $70-$90 and involves direct client work, supervision of RBTs, and collaboration with families to deliver high-quality ABA services.

The successful candidate will hold BCBA certification with UT LBA licensure or eligibility, have a master’s degree in ABA or related field, and bring leadership experience.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification current and UT LBA licensure or eligibility required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Safety Care Specialist certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in ABA strongly preferred.
• Willingness to provide occasional in-home support and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and progress assessments.
• Design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Maintain caseload and deliver clinical care.
• Provide direct supervision to RBTs/BTs.
• Deliver parent training and caregiver guidance using evidence-based practices.
• Perform functional behavior assessments and program evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with Utah regulations and ethical standards.
• Conduct regular treatment plan reviews and documentation audits.

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities

As a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) at Aviation ABA in Salt Lake City, you will:

• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and generate progress reports.
• Design and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain a caseload and deliver hands-on, high-quality clinical care.
• Provide direct supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and BTs.
• Deliver parent training and caregiver guidance using evidence-based practices.
• Perform functional behavior assessments and data-driven program evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with Utah state regulations, ethical standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct regular treatment plan reviews, documentation audits, and clinical quality checks.

Qualifications

• Certification: Current Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) and UT LBA (or eligibility for licensure).
• Education: Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
