Job summary

Bright Achievements is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in Lillington, NC. This position offers flexible scheduling for in-person services across various settings. Qualifications

  • Must hold an active Board Certified Behavioral Analysis Certificate within the United States.
  • 1+ years of experience in the field.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide initial and/or continuing in-home client reassessments including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland, and AFLS.
  • Conduct functional Behavior Assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized programs for clients under caseload.
  • Train and supervise Behavior Technicians in delivering 1:1 ABA services.
  • Manage and evaluate assigned staff for addressing behavioral excesses.
  • Provide ABA training to families in line with Authorization Requirements.
  • Manage electronic data regarding client progress using Rethink Behavioral Health.

We are currently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for professionals looking to advance their careers in a supportive and collaborative environment.

In-person services are required, with flexible scheduling options available, including daytime, afternoon, and evening hours in both school and home-based settings.

Duties:
  • Provide initial and/or continuing in-home client (re)assessments including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland and AFLS
  • Conduct functional Behavior Assessments
  • Develop and create programs for each individual under your caseload
  • Train and supervise Behavior Technicians in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services
  • Plan, manage, and evaluate assigned staff in order to properly address behavioral excesses and deficits by building functional skill repertoires
  • Provide ABA training for families in correlation with Authorization Requirements
  • Manage electronic data regarding the client’s progress using the system of Rethink Behavioral Health
