• NYS Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
• BCBA Certification required
• Experience in home care/behavioral therapy preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments for clients.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Board CertifiedBehavioralAnalyst (BCBA) Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting Initial and Ongoing Assessments
• Complete authorizations as needed for clients
• Develop effective treatment plans for our clients
• Supervise BT/RBTs
• Ongoing monitoring and adjustment of treatment plans to best facilitate skill development
• Regular Parent Trainings
• Collaborate with Educators
• Ensure appropriate documentation of progress.

Board CertifiedBehavioralAnalyst (BCBA) Qualifications:

• NYS LBA Licensure
• BCBA Certification
• Bilingual a Plus
