Job summary

Dr Hill Educational Services in New Milford, CT seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct behavior-analytic treatment and supervision for clients with ASD in a clinic setting. The role includes supervising a team of behavior technicians and facilitating family support and training.

The candidate will supervise RBTs/BTs, conduct case reviews, document supervision sessions, and perform FBAs with the creation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs). 

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians (RBTs/BTs).
• Ability to conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.

• Provide direct behavior-analytic treatment and supervision to clients with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders primarily in a clinic-based setting with opportunities for generalization in homes and community settings
• Providing supervision to a team of behavior technicians
• Providing and facilitating family support and training
• Supervises RBT and BTs
• Case review

License/Certification
