Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a qualified BCBA to provide direct behavior-analytic treatment and supervision for clients with autism spectrum disorder, in a clinic-based setting in Bridgeport, CT. You will supervise a team of behavior technicians and coordinate with families.

The role includes conducting FBAs, creating BIPs, case reviews, and documenting supervision sessions. A BCBA in good standing is required, with the ability to train and support families and staff.

• Provide direct behavior-analytic treatment and supervision to clients with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders primarily in a clinic-based setting
• Providing supervision to a team of behavior technicians
• Providing and facilitating family support and training
• Supervises RBT and BTs
• Case review
• Documentation of supervision sessions
• Conducts FBAs and creates BIPs
