Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its Layton team serving Davis County, Utah. You will implement individualized ABA therapy, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans for clients.

We offer flexibility with part-time or full-time options, a competitive salary of $80,000–$100,000 annually, and opportunities to supervise RBTs, with a patient-centered, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Utah LBA (or eligibility to obtain).
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Safety-Care Specialist certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Willingness to provide occasional in-home support.
• Reliable vehicle for local travel within Davis County.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and progress reports.
• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior plans.
• Manage a caseload while delivering clinical services.
• Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs/BTs.
• Lead parent training and caregiver education using evidence-based practices.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and data-driven program evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with Utah regulations and company policies.
• Complete treatment plan reviews and clinical quality checks.

BCBA Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload while delivering high-quality, hands-on clinical services
• Provide direct supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and BTs
• Lead parent training and caregiver education using evidence-based practices
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and data-driven program evaluations
• Ensure compliance with Utah regulations, ethical standards, and company policies
• Complete treatment plan reviews, documentation audits, and clinical quality checks

Qualifications

• Certification: Active BCBA certification and Utah LBA (or eligibility to obtain)
• Education: Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
• Preferred: Safety-Care Specialist certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience: Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
• Flexibility: Willingness to provide occasional in-home support as needed
