Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy LLC in Davis County, Utah is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Layton team and help expand services throughout Davis County. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop ABA plans, and supervise RBTs in a boutique, client-centered model.

We offer flexible PT/FT options with compensation of $80,000–$100,000 annually based on experience, a supportive culture, modern clinics coming soon, and clear leadership pathways for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification and Utah LBA (or eligibility to obtain).
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and ongoing progress reports.
• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Manage a caseload while delivering high-quality, hands-on clinical services.
• Provide direct supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and BTs.
• Lead parent training and caregiver education using evidence-based practices.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and data-driven program evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with Utah regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
• Complete treatment plan reviews, documentation audits, and clinical quality checks.
