Able Minds ABA is seeking a skilled BCBA to join our team in VA. This role offers flexibility with part-time and full-time schedules, and the chance to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism.

You will design treatment plans, conduct assessments, and monitor progress while mentoring BCaBAs and RBTs. Collaboration with families and adherence to evidence-based practices are essential in this supportive environment.

Formación

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
• BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with ABA software and electronic documentation systems

• Provide training and coaching to Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust

• Stay current with industry best practices, research, and evidence-based methodologies

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA

Salary

$105 - $120 HOURLY
