Job Description

Therapist owned and operated, IEP Therapy is currently looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Downers Grove, IL area to join our team. We currently have the following position available for the 2025-2026 school year:

PART TIME POSITION AVAILABLE:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst position serving a public school with a student population of PreK-12th grade. Caseload TBD.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Responsibilities:

• Prepare, collect, analyze data on observable student behavior
• Use data to assist with implementation of skill acquisition and behavioral assessments
• Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans
• Document interventions, progress data, and observation notes
• Actively support and participate in the district and community’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equity goals
• Support district as needed
• Regular and consistent attendance required

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Special Education, Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
• Current BCBA Certification required
