Overview

Provide behavioral and therapeutic support services to consumers. This includes assessment, evaluation, training and education, program planning, support services, and clinical services to consumers, families, and/or staff. Responsibilities include conducting behavioral evaluations, liaising for psychiatric supports, participating in ongoing assessments, developing and monitoring behavioral intervention plans, meeting with consumers and families, responding to emergencies, preparing and submitting reports regularly, maintaining caseload files, and collaborating as part of multi-disciplinary teams. Additionally, provide staff training on implemented programs.

Qualifications
  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
  • Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programming with behavioral intervention.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and other physical activities.
  • Knowledge of age-appropriate activities, CPT codes, payor rules, language skills, and evidence-based treatment modalities.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Design and adjust ABA interventions based on client needs and progress.
  • Monitor treatment effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Educate and support families and caregivers.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including speech and occupational therapists.
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and support staff, providing training and feedback.
  • Participate in team meetings and community engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and stay current with field developments.
  • Manage crisis situations effectively.
  • Complete clinical documentation within SpringHealth’s EHR.
  • Assist in developing staff training materials and ensure program compliance.
  • Engage in ongoing education to stay competitive in the field.
  • Prepare progress notes regularly.
