The role of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) is to support the development, implementation, and refinement of programmatic and individual behavioral supports for clients with social, emotional, and behavioral health needs. The BCBA will function as a specialist, increase the capacity of all team members to effectively provide behavioral support, and act as the primary interventionist in data collection, assessments, and treatment planning.
