Job summary

Northeast Family Services is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts in Rhode Island. This position offers a flexible summer schedule, a supportive team environment, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will develop compassionate treatment plans and make a measurable difference in clients' lives. Candidates must hold BCBA certification and have experience with children and adolescents facing developmental challenges.

Qualifications

• Hold current BCBA certification, and in good standing with the BACB.
• Have a minimum of two years related clinical experience working with children and adolescents with Autism.

Who You Are

• Have a master's degree or PhD, with completion of BACB-approved behavior analytic coursework
• Hold current BCBA certification, and in good standing with the BACB
• Hold current LBA preferred
• Have a minimum of two years of related clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism, Developmental Disabilities, and/or behavior challenges.
• Have a valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Experience in applied settings, developing and implementing behavioral interventions preferred
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• A compassionate approach to care
• Experience administering functional behavior assessments and behavior skills assessments
• Proficient with word processing and graphing software
• Current with best practices and developments within the field of ABA

Compensation

• Position Types: Full‑Time and Fee‑For Service (Part‑time hours)
• Pay: $65,000 starting salary Full Time & $60.00 starting hourly rate for Fee‑For Service
• Bi‑weekly bonus for over productivity
• $2,000 STAY-ON BONUS!
