Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Clinical Director in Massachusetts to lead and mentor BCBAs and RBTs, ensure high-quality treatment plans and documentation, and build robust policies and workflows. The role involves consulting on complex cases and shaping clinical strategy for company growth.

Must hold BCBA certification with Massachusetts LABA eligibility. Prior leadership experience and a results-driven mindset are essential to drive scale and accountability within the clinical team.
