Neurosprout ABA in Baltimore seeks Board Certified Behavior Analysts who are also Licensed Behavior Analysts to join our hybrid team. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling with 30–40 hours per week and 75% remote/telehealth, supported by a responsive back-office.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Maryland LBA license (both required).

• Familiarity with CPT codes relevant to ABA service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services as a BCBA/LBA in home-based or hybrid settings.

Pay Rate:$110–$120 per billable hour

Position Overview

We’re seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are also Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBAs) in Maryland to join our Baltimore team. This hybrid position offers flexible scheduling, excellent compensation, and strong administrative support to set you up for success.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 30 – 40 Hours per week
