My Time 2 Launch is seeking a compassionate BCBA to serve families in Ocala and surrounding areas. This role requires a six-month commitment and delivers hands-on ABA therapy using our Empowerment Model to respect neurodiversity and dignity.

You will supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and educators, and deliver parent training while upholding BACB ethics. Initially, 100% in-person visits are expected, with possible 50/50 telemedicine after the first month where allowed.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field is required.
• Active Florida Medicaid Number is required.
• Commitment to a minimum of six (6) months of service.
• Reliable transportation for in-home/community-based services throughout the Ocala area.
• Bilingual candidates are welcome.
• Telehealth experience is preferred.

BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA) My Time 2 Launch | Ocala FL and Surrounding Area Full-Time | Minimum 6-Month Commitment Required Active FL Medicaid Number *Must reside in the state where services are being delivered *To Start - this would need to be 100% in-person (home/school/community (NO Clinics). *After the 1st Month: you can switch to 50/50 telemedicine & in-person (so 1 week in person, the next week telemedicine (as long as the funder allows it)

This role is for someone who leads with empathy, believes in neurodiversity, and wants to practice ABA the way it should be practiced- affirming, ethical, and empowering. You must be ready to make a meaningful six-month minimum commitment.
