Benefits include: Salary starting at $95,000, Medical benefits, Paid monthly staff meetings, Sick leave, and Social events.
Qualifications include: BCBA certification, Experience in developing and implementing behavioral programs, Staff training experience, Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, Clean background check, and MD LBA or willingness to obtain it.
Requirements include: Willingness to learn and consistently apply PRT models, Supervise behavioral technicians, Design flexible schedules, Explain ABA strategies, Provide feedback and training, Ensure proper implementation, Disseminate reports, Co-facilitate team meetings, and Write progress reports.
Spanish speakers are highly encouraged to apply.
