What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Deliver direct supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while managing a small caseload
• Regularly review and interpret data collected in sessions with staff and families, modifying individualized treatment plans as necessary
• Provide supervision through team meetings and observations with staff and families
• Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment and behavior modification
• Collaborate with the Clinical Manager for administrative support and assistance with caseload management
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, learning theories, and ethical regulations
• Proficiency in Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and engaging with children on the floor
