Love clinical work but want flexibility in how much you take on? We’re looking for a passionate BCBA to join our Garner Clinic on a PRN (as-needed) basis. This role is ideal for clinicians who want to stay sharp and make an impact without a full-time commitment, whether you’re balancing another position, family responsibilities, or simply want more control over your schedule.
As a PRN BCBA, you’ll step in where you’re needed most: covering caseloads, conducting assessments, supporting treatment plan updates, and supervising RBTs. You’ll still drive meaningful outcomes, build hands‑on connections with clients and families, and uphold the same high standards of treatment fidelity and documentation as the rest of our clinical team.
Available to all Employees, Including PRN:
PRN positions are not eligible for medical, dental, vision, HSA, paid holidays, PTO, or paid sick leave, which are reserved for full-time employees working 30+ hours per week.
