Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify target behaviors
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings
• Monitor and analyze behavior data, making data-driven decisions to modify intervention strategies as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and behavior plans
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting open communication
• Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans
